So, I awoke OK from surgery yesterday only to find the stitches covered in collodion!  Somehow seems appropriate.  :)

I had an umbilical hernia repair and am now looking forward to cavorting with the belly dancers at Eddie's gig in a couple weeks.  Things went well and I should be mended sufficiently to make the party.  I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

You make it sound so inviting. I have a closing reception at the Meridian Museum of Art that weekend.

har har har!

woodstock NY is only 15 miles away....the original site is only 30 miles away.

think about how fun this will be.  large format shooter, wet heads, grain alcohol, ether, loacl BEER, and BBQ action...oh!  and lets not forget model.

spread the word.

thanks to all that are participating.

okay.  less than  a month.  frank petronio is organizing some models.   (could get wild with frank).

steve from black art wood craft is coming and will bring some toys to look at.

Mike from artcraft chemicals will also be there.  order them and pick them up and save on the shipping.

there will be raffles and chinese auctions for some great wet plate chemicals.

should be great.

Troy, H!

I'm in Toronto, Canada, where we are having a lovely summer day, where it will be 62 degrees in a few hours.

When you meet Frank.

You will be meeting a soft spoken gentlemen.
And when you meet Eddie ......
Eddie is the guy ,who will get up at dawn and drive  down  a dusty road, to look through a box of rusted nails  in search of camera and parts...

Sounds like a great time I will try and make it.

Ah, dang...Frank is gonna be there? Still haven't met him although we talk pretty regularly...

If he's in charge of fire, make sure there is a bucket of water close by!

Tell him I said hello!
