Getting a copy !!
What is the best way to order a copy ?
I know that if you buy from the Author (he) make a bit more per book .

FYI:

I confirmed on Friday that the books were ALL shipped to Amazon (on Friday). They should have them in a week. I wrote to Amazon and let them know that.

It's been hard doing business from here (major adjustment) but I think we are on track now. I apologize for the mix-up and hassle.

That's crazy! No way!!

The way they ask for orders screws the printer up. Each "block" or order have a number assigned to them. If the books are not shipped to the correct "barcode number" they are rejected or just sit there.

I am working on this and will have it resolved in a couple of days (whatever I have to do)! Again, my apologies.. I didn't know Amazon was such a pain to deal with that way.

For those of you that ordered my manual through Amazon, please be patient. There was a snafu on the shipment that went to them 60 days ago and they sent it back.

I am in the process of having another shipment sent to them. I appreciate your paitent!

I'm getting settled in Europe, it's a process - the work people are posting here is amazing! I wish I had time to respond to each one!

Yes, that's only chemsitry/workshops. You can get the manual no problem.

I just went to altphotosource.com to buy a copy of your manual but see your notice there about not supplying US customers since your move to Germany. Does this apply to the manual or just workshops and chemistry?

I see it is listed on amazon.com for $10 more but I figure you are probably making more profit and it is less expensive to us if we can order directly from you. Advise please.
