The weather was outstanding John.  Like London in June....wait....I was in London in June and it was like Anchorage, Alaska in June....or something.  This is the good time of year in Arizona, from May to Sept sux.

Looks like you had fun Garrett.

Any chance of sending some of that weather over here?

I can't either, what a hassle.  Well, I have a truck and backed in close, but getting it out of the house is a hassle.  Next time - card table stand!

Nice job Garrett.  I see that centennial stand in the background  -- I can't believe you lugged that thing around!

I was shooting 4-8 seconds with an F3.8 lens.  Slightly hazy conditions.

I shot wetplates at a local Cowboy event here in Arizona last weekend.  I shot halfplate and a couple 5x7s.  Alas, the only plate I got a picture of is this one.

They all were turning out great, we had a very good day.  Mark helped immensely with providing his new darkbox and doing some great shooting himself.  He did one halfplate with about 12 guys and girls in it that looked fantastic.  The only people who bit on buying a plate were those in costume, and a couple of people really into photography.  But it was still fun.
