Our Friend and Teacher Kerik is having surgery today. Please take a moment and say a little prayer. Get well soon Kerik. My thoughts are with you and your family today.

I have been talking to Kerik a great deal of late - he really has been humbled by the messages and support from those he has met and come into contact with via this community.  Taking to moment to wish him well will be very well received.

Good luck 'K'

Our Father who art in Ether fume heaven

Collodion be thy name

Thy plate will come

Thy will be done on glass or as it was on tin

Give us this day our daily pour

And forgive us our varnish failures

As we forgive those who do not sun their silver.

And lead us not into petzval temptation,

But deliver us from evil KCN.

For thine is the silver, the black fingers and the glory

For ever and ever

Amen

Yeah!   so glad it went well.  It is amazing to me that you can be so lucid so shortly after a craniotomy.  And Sarah's portrait of you is really great!   I look forward to many more.
